About Us
Passion for Business
My name is Gavin Bassett and I'm the director of Bmultiplied.
I am very passionate about about the Kingdom of God and small business, having given my life to Christ at the age of 15 in 1984, I has been on a faith journey ever since.
In 1995 at a Church conference I sought the Lord as to what he wanted me to do with my life and God showed me that I would be teaching and training business owners on the business mountain.
It wasn’t to be immediate, but I knew God was giving me time to prepare for what was to come.
In 2001 I was introduced to a business coaching franchise. It occurred to me that this may be the exact thing God had shown me years earlier … and God confirmed this in very unique way.
The next 17 years would prove to have great heights of success, including winning 26 Global, National and Local franchise awards, and winning a 40 Under 40 Award in Perth, Australia.
In 2016 I helped create an online business education platform (Biznostics) as a SaaS product. It was possibly the hardest thing to do and accomplish, with challenges that cannot be counted. And all of this served to build my faith in God even stronger.
In 2021 one of my sons passed away suddenly and this tested every ounce of faith that my family and I had. Yet I clung closer and deeper to God. Allowing God to use every ounce of good, bad, ugly, loss and grief to birth what is now
The Assignment Movement.
A convergence of every experience I have had in life, business, and faith to instigate 1,000,000 assignments on this planet.
Track Record
Over the past 23 years I have accumulated some 20,000 plus hours coaching, mentoring and training business owners to run their business effectively and profitably. At one time, under the ActionCOACH brand I was constantly in the top 5 coaches globally for performance, expertise and results.
Over the years my companies have received 17 Asia Pacific Franchise Awards, 9 Global Franchise Awards and in 2008 awarded a 40 Under 40 Business Award in my home city of Perth.
And underpinning all my success, experience and expertise is my faith journey with God, which now spans 40 years. Without what God has put in me, has done for me and continues to do for me ... I could not do what I do.

Following the death of one of my sons in late 2021, I decided it was time to make a difference for the Kingdom of God on the Business Mountain. Something God had shown me back in 1995.
The Assignment Movement is for Kingdom Entrepreneurs who want to pursue their assignment backed by a business that is able to consistently provide the money and time needed to do it.
Your assignment is your calling by God in the marketplace to one of the 7 mountains: Business | Family | Religion | Education | Media | Government | Entertainment (incl. Sport).
One of these areas has the interest of your heart, that either God has called you too, is calling you too, or will call you too.
Right now, more than ever, God is calling out an urgency to start. Whether that be to unlock your assignment, so that you know what it is. To activate your assignment so you get the ball rolling, or to get fully sold out and pursue your assignment as Jesus said: “We must work the work of Him who sent me, as long asit is day. Night is coming when no one can work”. John 9:4.
I have heard God say: the time is now. There is an urgency. And I have read this same sentiment from many spiritual leaders from around the world in recent times.
Your assignment is actually not even about you … rather what God has put you on this planet to do for the advancement of His Kingdom. And the time is now.
You are able to participate within the Assignment Movement at the level that suits you best to help you unlock, activate and pursue your assignment.
