Passion for God and Business
Gavin Bassett isn’t just a business coach and mentor — he is a Kingdom Business strategist on assignment.
A high-impact communicator with a coach’s mindset and a preacher’s fire, Gavin blends biblical conviction with boardroom clarity. Every word he speaks is a punchy call to action — no fluff, just fuel. He turns stories into strategies and scripture into stepping stones.
His faith journey began at 15, when he gave his life to Christ in 1984. Since then, Gavin has walked a long road of preparation, obedience, and divine setup. In 1995, God gave him a clear vision: he’d be teaching and training business owners on the business mountain. That word would unfold years later when he stepped into the world of business coaching — and never looked back.
From 2001, Gavin rose to global recognition, collecting 26 franchise awards and a prestigious 40 Under 40 Award in Perth, Australia. What started out for the applause — became a deep hearted desire to fulfill his assignment.
In 2015, he co-founded a business education SaaS platform, navigating some of the hardest business terrain he’d ever faced. Every challenge deepened his dependence on God. And then, in 2021, tragedy struck — the sudden loss of one of his sons. That season tested his faith to the core. But instead of retreating, Gavin let God forge something eternal through the pain.
What emerged is the Kingdom Assignment Movement— a prophetic convergence of Gavin’s life, business, faith and legacy. His assignment? To help unlock 1,000,000 Kingdom assignments across the globe.
Gavin’s style is bold, rhythmic, and real — like a sermon with a stopwatch. He’s building pipelines of influence — in cash, calling, and character — and calling out a generation of believers to climb the mountain like Abraham… even when it costs.
Because this isn’t about doing more for God … It’s about doing business with God.

Track Record
Over the past 23 years I have accumulated some 20,000 plus hours coaching, mentoring and training business owners to run their business effectively and profitably. At one time, under the ActionCOACH brand I was constantly in the top 5 coaches globally for performance, expertise and results.
Over the years my companies have received 17 Asia Pacific Franchise Awards, 9 Global Franchise Awards and in 2008 awarded a 40 Under 40 Business Award in my home city of Perth.
And underpinning all my success, experience and expertise is my faith journey with God, which now spans over 41 years. Without what God has put in me, has done for me and continues to do for me ... I could not do what I do.

Following the death of one of my sons in late 2021, I decided it was time to make a difference for the Kingdom of God on the Business Mountain. Something God had shown me back in 1995.
The Kingdom Assignment Movement is for Kingdom Entrepreneurs who want to pursue their assignment backed by a business that is able to consistently provide the money and time needed to do it.
Your assignment is your calling by God in the marketplace to one of the 7 mountains: Business | Family | Religion | Education | Media | Government | Entertainment (incl. Sport).
One of these areas has the interest of your heart, that either God has called you too, is calling you too, or will call you too.
Right now, more than ever, God is calling out an urgency to start. Whether that be to unlock your assignment, so that you know what it is. To activate your assignment so you get the ball rolling, or to get fully sold out and pursue your assignment as Jesus said: “We must work the work of Him who sent me, as long asit is day. Night is coming when no one can work”. John 9:4.
I have heard God say: the time is now. There is an urgency. And I have read this same sentiment from many spiritual leaders from around the world in recent times.
Your assignment is actually not even about you … rather what God has put you on this planet to do for the advancement of His Kingdom. And the time is now.
